→ We’re a two-person small business created by two fearnots who met through tiktok while discussing a scammer

→ As collectors ourselves, we know how special and emotional collecting can feel. From finally pulling your bias to trading for your dream pc after searching forever!

→ Our biases are Kazuha & Yunjin, but we truly love every member and wanted to create a shop that reflects the comfort and fun the group brings us.

→ Our common love for LE SSERAFIM inspired us to spread happiness and excitement through the vending of photocards (unpredictability = fun)

→ We hope to spread that excitement getting mystery photocards through carefully curated photocard scoops, cute packaging, and thoughtful details ♡

Q: Are the photocards official?

A: Yes! all photocards included in our scoops are official LE SSERAFIM photocards!

Q: How many photocards come in a scoop?

A: Our $20 scoop contains 5 official photocards + freebies & our $25 scoop contains 6-7 official photocards + freebies :)

Q: What are the beads for?

A: Every scoop includes a mystery bead that reveals a member/category

Q: What counts as a POB /exclusive bead?

A: These may include Pre-order benefits, japan album pcs, & merch/event/store exclusive cards!

Q: Can I choose my cards?

A: Scoops are randomized to keep the mystery fun!

Q: Will there be duplicates?

A: We try our best to avoid duplicates within the same scoop whenever possible :)

Q: How many scoops are available?

A: Our first drop is very limited! Once scoops sell out, restocks will happen later within the next month and we will set up preorders!

Q: How are the photocards packaged?

A: All pcs come with sleeves & toploaders and packaged securely to help prevent damage during shipping!

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We currently ship from Texas and New York!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Right now we only ship within the USA.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-10 business days depending on your location!

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us at (insert email) with photos/videos and we’ll do our best to help :)

Q: Are shipping costs included in the scoop price?

A: Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout!
